Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our office activities, providing critical administrative and clerical support to management and staff. If you are a proactive professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks to support various departments, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to management and staff to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently.
Office Coordination: Manage all office correspondence, including emails, letters, and telephone inquiries. Act as the primary liaison between the company and external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, ensuring the proper organization and safekeeping of all company documentation.
Operational Logistics: Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage travel arrangements. Monitor office supplies and equipment to ensure a fully functional work environment.
Financial & Reporting Assistance: Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other administrative transactions. Prepare professional reports, presentations, and essential business documents as requested.
Onboarding & Compliance: Support HR-related administrative functions, such as onboarding new hires, and ensure all office activities strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Core Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
