Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-obsessed Admin Officer to anchor the operational engine of our Isoyin-based farm. In the specialized landscape of commercial agriculture, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize human activity with the clinical precision required for Medical/Drug Dispensing, Material Inventory, and Labor Documentation. This role is designed for a "Resource Architect" who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing the issuance and collection of farm inputs) with the "Administrative Agility" required to maintain a 100% accurate staff daily attendance register.

Requirements:

1. Resource Orchestration & Store Governance

  • Inventory Sovereignty: Manage the issuance and collection of drugs and other materials in the store with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Material Security."

  • Fidelity Architecture: Maintain the human and materials register, providing the "Structural Foundation" for all farm-level data and operational transparency.

  • Drug Stewardship: Ensure the clinical documentation of medical supplies and agricultural inputs, ensuring the "Source of Farm Productivity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Labor Resilience & Attendance Logic

  • Personnel Sovereignty: Act as the primary custodian of the staff daily attendance register, acting as the primary "Source of Labor Accountability."

  • Logistics Architecture: Oversee the daily roll-call and site entry protocols, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for payroll verification and workforce planning.

  • Attendance Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with daily check-in/out procedures, maintaining the "Source of Site Discipline."

3. Professional Integrity & Performance Power

  • Record-Keeping Sovereignty: Utilize strong organizational skills to document all farm activities, acting as the primary "Source of Operational History."

  • Operational Architecture: Manage the physical store and administrative office in Isoyin, providing the "Physical Foundation" for streamlined farm workflows.
