We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Graduate Trainee (Male Corper) to support our day-to-day administrative and operational functions in our Abuja office. This internship offers hands-on exposure to office coordination, logistics, and organizational support in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Support logistics for meetings, trainings, and field activities (venue setup, refreshments, materials)
- Help track office supplies, raise procurement requests, and manage petty cash records
- Assist in monitoring vehicle usage logs, generator fuel records, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Other assigned duties
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
