Job Description:

1. Revenue Integrity & Reconciliation

• Multi-Outlet Monitoring: Monitor and verify daily revenue from rooms, food & beverage, events, and ancillary resort services.

• System Alignment: Perform daily reconciliations between bank statements, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and the Property Management System (PMS) to ensure zero leakage.

• Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger and oversee accurate accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) cycles.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Reporting Cycle: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.

• Variance Analysis: Assist in budgeting and forecasting while conducting variance analysis to explain deviations from financial targets.

• Performance Collaboration: Partner with department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance) to analyze their financial performance and identify saving opportunities.

3. Cost Control & Compliance

• Expense Tracking: Control operational costs by tracking supplier invoices, inventory levels, and departmental expenses.

• Payroll & Tax: Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory deductions.

• Audit Readiness: Maintain rigorous internal controls and support external auditors during regulatory inspections and year-end audits.

Requirements:

• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospitality revenue streams and F&B cost control.

• Regulatory Fluency: Familiarity with local tax laws, payroll regulations, and internal audit standards.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to communicate financial insights to non-financial managers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional accounting experience. Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.

• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Hospitality Accounting Systems (PMS/POS) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Modeling).
