We are seeking a certified, strategically elite, and audit-obsessed Fiscal Governor to anchor the financial immune system of PCCN Energy Ltd. In the high-velocity world of energy and construction where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of capital-allocation and the precision of the compliance-filter success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex ledger-work with the clinical precision required for Financial-Reporting Architecture, Regulatory-Governance, and High-Fidelity Cash-Flow Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Financial Command Center" a critical residency for a certified accounting professional (ICAN/ACCA) who can blend "Forensic Grit" (mastering the complexities of Nigerian tax laws and sector-specific financial volatility) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Fiscal Sovereignty & Reporting Architecture
Sovereignty of Records: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Financial Throughput."
Reporting Architecture: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive-level strategic planning.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% precision in financial reporting, ensuring the "Source of Financial-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Compliance Logic
Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian financial regulations and tax laws, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory-Risk Mitigation."
Strategy Architecture: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing the "Functional Foundation" for organizational profitability.
Audit Stewardship: Coordinate internal/external audits and monitor financial transactions for process improvements, maintaining the "Source of Operational-Security."
3. Operational Fidelity & Liquidity Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Manage AP/AR processes and bank reconciliations, acting as the primary "Source of Operational-Stability."
Execution Architecture: Monitor cash flow management, providing the "Relational Foundation" for organizational liquidity and vendor-payment reliability.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Accounting Software-Expertise to accelerate the "Transaction-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Financial Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certifications: Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is strictly required.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (prior exposure to the Oil & Gas or Construction sectors is strongly preferred).
Technical Power: Mastery of Financial Reporting Principles, Nigerian Tax Regulations, and Accounting Software/MS Excel.
Aptitude: Exceptional analytical capability; keen attention to detail; ability to maintain high integrity in high-stakes financial environments.
