We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Preparation of Accounts receivables and Accounts Payable reconciliations and schedules.
- Prepare corporate cash management and forecasting activities on a daily basis.
- Monthly prepayments, deposits & accrual postings & updating schedules.
- Budget preparation and monitoring.
- Preparing of monthly Management Accounts and schedules.
- Process PAYE Tax, Withholding Taxes, Pension, NHF & NSITF remittances to relevant authorities.
- Coordinate audit exercise with external auditors.
- Ensure all internal financial procedures and statutory financial requirements are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree / HND in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Salary
