Job Description:

Paycita is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Manager. This is not an accounting role; it is a revenue-generating position designed for a "hunter" with the heart of a marketer and the precision of a sales professional. You will be responsible for bringing new businesses onto the Paycita platform, ensuring they see value from day one, and growing your personal earnings through a highly rewarding commission structure. Requirements:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities using both digital campaigns and in-person outreach. Conduct product demos, pitch sessions, and negotiate subscription agreements to hit growth targets.

• Account Management: Own the lifecycle of your assigned clients. Ensure consistent platform usage, build trust-based relationships, and proactively intervene to prevent churn.

• Client Growth & Upselling: Maximize the value of your client portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Educate clients on the latest features to ensure they are getting the most out of Paycita.

• Performance Tracking: Own your numbers. Submit weekly reports on acquisition and engagement, and actively participate in performance reviews to track your KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, marketing, business development, or account management.

  • Advantage: Previous experience in Fintech, SaaS, or digital services.
