The Oilserv Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a prestigious, structured two-year career development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders for the Oilserv Group. Requirements:

Phase 1: The 6-Month Rotational Foundation

Trainees begin with a comprehensive rotation across all Oilserv subsidiaries. You will gain a 360-degree view of the business, from engineering and operations to finance, law, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). This phase ensures you understand the synergy between our diverse business units before you specialize.

Phase 2: The 18-Month Specialized Track

Following your rotation, you will enter an 18-month intensive development track in your chosen field. This period is dedicated to:

• Professional Mastery: Deep-dive projects and hands-on industry experience.

• Certification: Support and funding for globally recognized professional certifications.

• Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from seasoned industry experts and line managers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidate Profile

• Age: Maximum of 28 years old at the time of application.

• Experience: 0 – 2 years of post-NYSC work experience.

• NYSC Status: Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

Academic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1).

• Fields of Study: Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and Social Sciences.

• Added Advantage: Demonstrated knowledge or certification in ESG principles.
