Job Description:
Are you a persuasive, result-driven professional with a knack for closing deals over the phone? We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our fast-paced recruitment sales team. You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue by promoting our comprehensive recruitment and HR solutions.
Requirements:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential corporate and non-corporate leads through outbound calling, networking, and strategic online research.
Sales Outreach: Contact prospective clients to pitch our recruitment and HR services, clearly articulating our value proposition to decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and manage business opportunities to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and revenue targets.
Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, providing accurate service information, and preparing professional proposals and quotations.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities within our CRM/tracking systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and industry developments to refine your sales approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, customer service, or business development. Previous experience within the recruitment or HR consulting sector is a significant advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
Drive: Highly target-driven with the confidence to persuade and close deals over the phone.
Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capacity to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
