Job Description:
Are you a creative strategist passionate about building digital communities? We are looking for an expert Social Media Manager to drive brand awareness, foster community growth, and boost customer engagement across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute high-impact social media marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and organizational growth goals.
Requirements:
Strategy Development: Design and execute data-driven, platform-specific social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) to maximize organic reach.
Content Creation: Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks), eye-catching graphic assets, and compelling, SEO-optimized captions.
Community Management: Manage social media channels daily by proactively responding to comments and DMs, sparking meaningful conversations, and providing timely customer support.
Content Calendar Management: Oversee a consistent multi-channel content calendar, utilizing advanced scheduling tools to optimize posting times for maximum visibility.
Social Listening & Trend Analysis: Leverage social listening to monitor industry news, emerging internet trends, viral audio, and competitor activity, allowing for rapid pivots in content strategy.
Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on key weekly social media metrics—including engagement rates, follower growth, and reach—to continuously optimize future campaigns.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify, pitch, and coordinate strategic partnerships with content creators and industry influencers to effectively expand brand reach and authority.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, with a track record of building and nurturing organic digital communities.
Portfolio: A strong creative portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual content creation, short-form video editing, and professional copywriting.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Algorithm & SEO Expertise: A deep understanding of current social media algorithms, SEO hashtag strategies, content distribution tactics, and platform-specific best practices to improve organic search rankings and discoverability.
