Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Minimum of a diploma or higher qualification in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
