Job Description:

The REACH program focuses on expanding access to affordable, quality healthcare at the community level. The Practice and Quality Assurance Coordinator role is central to this mission, blending operational clinic management with strategic partnership development.

Requirements:

• Operations: Overseeing daily clinic administration, ensuring efficient patient care, and managing all support staff.

• Strategy: Providing expert advice on partnership and relationship management, identifying prospective government and non-government partners, and negotiating MOUs/SLAs.

• Community Engagement: Organizing health events to promote services and memberships.

• Leadership: Supervising recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A university degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Public Health (a Master's degree is preferred).

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in project, program, or portfolio management.

  • Minimum of 2 years in data collection, analysis, M&E, or quality assurance.

• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, strong technical writing (SOPs, reports, proposals), and a history of designing/delivering training workshops.

• Evidence of Impact: Demonstrated research and public presentation experience is required.
