Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee our daily production activities and drive operational efficiency within our manufacturing process. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing production teams, upholding rigorous quality standards, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver dedicated to maintaining a safe, productive, and high-performing manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Plan, supervise, and optimize daily production operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality output.

• Team Leadership: Coordinate production staff, manage performance, and foster a culture of efficiency and accountability.

• Quality & Standards: Monitor production output consistently to ensure all products meet internal quality and safety specifications.

• Maintenance & Efficiency: Oversee the proper maintenance and utilization of machinery to minimize downtime and prevent operational delays.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed production reports and performance evaluations to track KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Safety Compliance: Strictly enforce workplace hygiene, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards within the production facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in production or manufacturing management.

• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and team management capabilities.

• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues, work efficiently under pressure, and consistently meet strict production targets.

• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial safety standards.
