Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented supply chain professional looking to make a significant impact? We are hiring an Inventory Control Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving inventory planning, optimizing stock levels, and coordinating shipments to ensure product availability while effectively minimizing operational costs.

Requirements:

  • Inventory Optimization: Analyze inventory levels, evaluate product demand, and determine accurate replenishment requirements to maintain optimal stock balance.

  • Logistics Coordination: Proactively coordinate and revise shipment plans to align with evolving operational needs and demand cycles.

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor inventory performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategic stock optimization actions.

  • Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular cycle counts and lead inventory reconciliations to ensure the highest standards of accuracy.

  • Data & Reporting: Prepare detailed inventory reports and asset valuation data to support leadership decision-making.

  • System Integrity: Maintain precise inventory records and data integrity within our ERP systems.

  • Strategic Support: Provide analytical support for ongoing inventory management and operational decision-making activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional Experience: Proven background in inventory control, materials management, or broader supply chain operations.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, analysis, and reporting).

  • System Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.

  • Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated strength in organizational skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Self-Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all reporting and reconciliation tasks.
