Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ICT Instructor to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will foster academic excellence by equipping students with essential digital literacy skills, ranging from fundamental computer operations to advanced technical applications.

Requirements:

• Curriculum Delivery: Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that cater to both basic and advanced computer skill levels.

• Instructional Excellence: Utilize teaching methods that build student confidence, encourage critical thinking, and ensure active classroom engagement.

• Assessment & Tracking: Meticulously grade projects, quizzes, and exams; monitor student performance and provide consistent feedback to learners and stakeholders.

• Classroom & Lab Management: Oversee lab safety and maintenance, including ensuring equipment is kept in pristine, clean, and functional condition.

• Technical Maintenance: Proactively maintain computer hardware and ensure all software remains updated to support the learning environment.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in faculty meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student development and institutional goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: NCE, BA, or BSc in Computer Science or a closely related field.

• Experience: 2–10 years of professional teaching experience, preferably in a computer science or ICT capacity.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of computer operations and software maintenance.

• Communication & Organization: Exceptional presentation, writing, and organizational skills.
