Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety, and environmental operations at our rig-site. You will be the primary on-site lead responsible for risk control, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance across all drilling, workover, and completion activities.
Requirements:
Safety Leadership: Own and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system, conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and lead site inductions. Verify all personnel certifications (IWCF/IADC, BOSIET, H2S).
Operational HSE: Lead daily HSE meetings and execute emergency drills (well control, man-overboard, fire, and spill response). Manage SIMOPS interfaces to ensure safe concurrent operations.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of lifting gear, DROPS prevention, chemical handling, and confined spaces; ensure all corrective actions are tracked to closeout.
Incident Management: Lead ICAM investigations, report all incidents, share lessons learned, and maintain robust medevac and clinic readiness.
Environmental Stewardship: Implement waste management hierarchies, spill prevention strategies, and ensure all statutory environmental registers are current.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certifications: NEBOSH or ISPON (or equivalent) qualification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in rig-site HSE.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with PTW systems and managing complex SIMOPS.
Mandatory Training: Valid BOSIET/HUET and H2S certification.
