Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our frontline team in Eastern Nigeria. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive high-quality support and a seamless experience at every touchpoint. Requirements:

  • Relationship Management: Manage client interactions via our CRM, maintaining meticulous records, tracking engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Feedback & Analytics: Proactively collect and synthesize customer feedback from various channels, providing actionable insights that inform our retention and product improvement strategies.

  • Communication & Campaigns: Draft clear, professional correspondence for inquiries and follow-ups. Assist in executing targeted engagement campaigns to build long-term brand loyalty.

  • Sales & Negotiation: Engage corporate clients with a consultative approach—negotiating contract renewals, addressing specific business needs, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Retention Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy strategies aimed at minimizing churn and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven professional experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic data analysis techniques.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone.

  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and resolve complex customer concerns.

  • Mindset: A customer-first attitude paired with strong negotiation and logical problem-solving skills.

  • Location: Candidates must be based in the Eastern parts of Nigeria and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
