Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin / Finance Officer to join our team in Garki, Abuja. This is a full-time position ideal for a professional looking to balance administrative coordination with essential financial oversight.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, efficient filing systems, professional correspondence, and managing office supplies.

  • Financial Processing: Manage invoices, process payments and receipts, and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.

  • Financial Support: Assist with payroll preparation, conduct bank reconciliations, and monitor budgets and expenses.

  • Reporting & Liaison: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports for management and serve as a primary contact for banks, external vendors, and auditors.

  • Operational Support: Handle additional administrative and financial tasks as required by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative and finance-focused roles is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage is an added advantage.

  • Core Competencies: Demonstrated high integrity, strict adherence to confidentiality, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
