GRADUATE TRAINEE-MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

About Company:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This role is designed to provide structured learning and hands-on experience in key mechanical engineering functions including maintenance, design, production, and project management.
 

Job Description:

• Collaborate with senior engineers on projects involving planning, installations, and upgrades.
• Conduct technical research and data analysis to support engineering decisions.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews as part of the program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Second Class Upper or higher preferred).
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience (Industrial Training / NYSC experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced engineering environment.
