The Centre for Electoral Awareness CEA is a non-partisan NGO dedicated to deepening the roots of democracy in Nigeria. Our motto: Promoting Civic Life. The CEA through its national civic engagement platform - CEAFORUM will coordinate social processes bordering on Public Accountability, Campaigns and Community Service to inform, enlighten, empower, and improve the livelihood of Nigerians.
The CEA is pioneering a digital hub (CeaForum) designed to foster civic engagement and drive transformative change in Nigeria. Job Description:
As a member of CEA's Board of Directors, you will:
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight
- Ensure effective governance, management and stability.
- Support resource mobilization and financial sustainability
- Foster partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements:
We're seeking prominent Nigerians with:
- Proven expertise in governance, law, management or civil society
- Strong leadership and board experience
- Commitment to democracy, civic engagement and human capital development.
- Excellent track record of resource mobilization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
